Prime Factorization

Fundamental Theorem of Arithmetic: Every composite number can be expressed as a product of primes, and this factorisation is unique, apart from the order in which the prime factors occur.

Example 1:  Write the prime factorization  of 3825.

Solution We factor out different primes that divides 3825.

            3825 = 3 X 3 X 5 X 5 X 17

  large therefore ;;3825=3^{2}times 5^{2}times 17
